As the Head of Products and Partner Management, you will work with your team to optimize and ensure a competitive portfolio of products and services that reflect our customers' needs across brands. You will lead a team of seven experienced Product Managers responsible for product curation, keeping our Travel Advisors updated on product knowledge, managing shared (cross brand) supplier contracts, supplier relationships and product development with existing as well as new suppliers, across Group and Individual Travel. In addition, you will manage the team leader of a production unit for sign-up tours specifically for the KILROY brand. In managing the shared Products team, you will have a responsibility to collaborate with the brand specific product teams to ensure strategic alignment and optimization of our overall portfolio. You will report to the COO.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the shared Products team, ensuring alignment with the Kilroy Groups’ strategic goals.
- Work with the team to secure strong commercial agreements with suppliers and leverage new commercial opportunities, while fostering collaborative relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure we always deliver high-quality experiences for our customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify gaps and opportunities in the existing product and supplier portfolio.
- Support the team in creating and delivering training plans for Travel Advisors to ensure up to date product knowledge.
- Work with the team leader for the production unit to ensure development and optimization of sign-up tours, in terms on both concept development and fulfilment.
- Stay on top of performance metrics to continuously optimize our portfolio and leverage the potential in our supplier contracts, working with both suppliers and brands to maximize value for all parties.
- Work with the team and the brands to identify opportunities for evolving and optimizing our product portfolio to continue delivering on the standards for a sustainable travel experience.
- Collaborate with the brand specific product teams to identify opportunities to develop the shared portfolio of products and services that cater to their respective needs and target audiences and ensure strategic alignment in what is shared across brands and what is brand specific.
- Ensure efficient operations, by applying a structured approach to our stakeholder collaborations, by identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and optimizing towards customer satisfaction.
- Represent and understand how and where Products is a stakeholder in the organization and in projects that span across functions.

- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, responsible for team performance and development with a leadership style that fosters an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing supplier relationships and contracts.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and prioritizing conflicting deadlines.

- A proactive and flexible attitude to problem-solving
- Working experience from the travel industry or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
