Join Kilroy International A/S as a Ticketing Specialist

Are you passionate about travel and ready to take on the exciting world of flight ticketing? The Kilroy Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented colleague to join our Central Ticketing Department. Based in Copenhagen (or potentially Aarhus or Holstebro for the perfect candidate), you’ll work with a team of 12 dedicated professionals supporting multiple markets and brands across our organization.

About the Position

As a Ticketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing ticketing processes and providing expert support to colleagues across the organization. Your tasks will include:

  • Issuing and reissuing airline tickets, primarily for group bookings.
  • Managing ticket refunds and following up on refund applications in BSP.
  • Handling voluntary and involuntary changes to bookings.
  • Providing internal support and advice on pricing, ticketing, and systems.
  • Managing airline queues and contacting suppliers for ticketing issues.
  • Conducting quality control to minimize errors and ADM handling.
  • Supporting our global 24/7 team as part of a rolling schedule.

What We’re Looking For

We prioritize candidates with experience in the travel industry and a genuine interest in the complexity of flight bookings. A background in ticketing within a GDS (we use Sabre, but experience with other systems is also valued) is a strong advantage. However, we’re equally focused on finding someone with the right mindset: an open and curious learner with a high sense of responsibility.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced with ticketing in a GDS and group bookings (preferred).
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with a passion for getting things right.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in tasks and schedules.
  • A strong team player who shares knowledge and best practices.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills from our markets (Nordics, NL + Benelux).
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable working with multiple systems.

What We Offer

  • An international and friendly work environment.
  • Experience with one of the leading Nordic travel brands.
  • Extensive training during the startup period and continuous follow-up along the way to support your development.
  • Office space in the heart of Copenhagen, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week after the training period.
  • A focus on work/life balance and mutual flexibility in working conditions.
  • A fast-paced and ever-changing environment where you’ll never stop learning.

Information and Application

We would love to get you onboard as soon as possible and are eager to meet you. The preferred start date would be 01st of February or 01st of March as the latest. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to apply in Danish or English.

We can’t wait to hear from you!
