As Martech Manager and Product Owner Websites, you will play a pivotal role in integrating customer journeys, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling scalable web experiences for the Kilroy Group.

This position sits within the Commercial Excellence shared service team and serves as a critical enabler of e-commerce strategy, marketing automation, and development of our new shared component websites, serving 6 brands across 5 business concepts. The role bridges commercial needs with digital capabilities, acting as the central force driving data-informed marketing and scalable web experiences. In short, the role focuses on driving success in two core areas:

  1. Customer Journey Integration & Insight-Driven Marketing
    Empower brand teams and marketers to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights. Foster a connected martech ecosystem that reflects the full user journey.
  2. Shared Website Strategy & Optimization
    Maintain a scalable, component-based web architecture. Lead continual improvement efforts via structured testing, stakeholder alignment, and prioritization of development projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Customer Journey & Marketing Enablement

  • Super user of Email Automation Platform (Ortto) and Umbraco CMS
  • Leverage Salesforce marketing insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Supervise and manage agency relationships (SEO, paid channels, reporting)
  • Work with brand marketing on optimizing paid channels
  • Curate and manage supporting tools (e.g. webinarhosting)
  • Lead/support/enable campaign and performance reviews
  • Provide strategic sparring on marketing tactics and initiatives
  • Own tagging, reporting, and data infrastructure tied to marketing performance
  • Contribute to payment solution improvements as part of e-com optimization

Website Ownership & Scalable Development

  • Lead the vision for the website and its platform development, collaborating with stakeholders
  • Facilitate a smooth migration process from current to new website platform
  • Stakeholder management and alignment (brand marketing teams, management)
  • Own the product backlog, translate business goals into technical needs, define user stories and testing.
  • Manage and drive a super user forum for Umbraco across brands
  • Drive A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-informed improvements
  • Bridge business needs into clear technical tasks
  • Oversee rollouts and manage change adoption 

Operational Stakeholders:
You will collaborate with project managers from our in-hourse development team, UX, design, product owners (Salesforce, Navigator, Online flight sales), marketing managers, web managers, e-com.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, product ownership, or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of web platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Experience with CMS (preferably Umbraco), email automation, and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborative, commercial mindset with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Fluency in English required
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-market environments is a plus
