About us  

Kilroy International A/S heads up a group of leading European companies, specialized in adventurous travel experiences, study trips, study abroad experiences and student benefits. Our legacy is built on the notion that travelling is the best way to widen your horizon and break down cultural barriers, and this is still what drives our mission today. The Kilroy Group operates in eight markets (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK) and in 2023 we employed more than 400 people and generated a total turnover of DKK 1,4 billion in 2023, across the six brands BENNS, Education Abroad, ISIC, Jysk Rejsebureau, KILROY and Winberg Travel.

Kilroy International supports all brands across the Group with services such as marketing, products, finance, fulfilment, HR, in-house system development and operations. Situated in the heart of Copenhagen, our office fosters an international collegial environment and a dynamic atmosphere. We are approx. 80 colleagues representing more than 15 different nationalities. About the position

You will become a member of our team of 13 highly motivated and qualified colleagues handling several key support areas for our organization. The position is full time and the workplace can either be Holstebro, at BENNS office or in Copenhagen, at the corporate headquarter. Two times a year we have high season where overtime is expected and compensated in the low season. 

 

Your key responsibilities

The main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Group booking support to our travel consultants across all markets and brands
  • Handling and booking of transport and travelcards (bus, rail and flight)
  • Reporting to suppliers with breakdowns and program
  • Finalizing travel documents
  • Ad hoc tasks

Specific training in our systems and workflows will be given, but the right candidate needs to be: 

  • Dedicated to structure and details 
  • Motivated by working in a busy and international environment
  • Can keep calm and have an overview even in the busy periods. 
  • Driven by deadlines 
  • Open minded and always looking for ways to do things even better 
  • A team player who always offer to support your colleagues 
  • Flexible, both in terms of tasks and working hours 
  • Fluent in English (It is a plus if you speak a language from one of our markets, Nordics, Belgium & Netherlands)

Experience from the travel industry is a benefit but not a must.
