Join Kilroy International A/S as a Flight Booking and Support Assistant

Are you curious about the complexity behind flight bookings — and motivated by solving puzzles that others shy away from? Do you enjoy supporting others, working across systems, and getting things right the first time? Then we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented colleague to join our “Getting There” team. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll support our travel consultants across brands and markets with day-to-day booking challenges and flight-related tasks.

About the position

As a Flight Booking and Support Assistant, your main focus will be to support our travel consultants in navigating the many details involved in booking flights and servicing them. You’ll work hands-on with bookings and be a key player in ensuring our processes and tools are well-maintained and constantly improving.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting travel consultants with booking questions, fare rules, and post-booking issues
  • Working hands-on with flight bookings, including both individual and group travel
  • Handling fare checks, rule validations, and assisting with changes or refunds
  • Updating internal contact lists, training material, and intranet content
  • Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
  • Assisting the wider “Getting There” team with tasks such as fare benchmarks or fare load checks

What we're looking for

We’re seeking someone who has an interest in the operational side of travel and enjoys being the go-to person when things get tricky. Ideally, you bring experience from the travel industry and the most common booking tools, but more importantly, you bring the right mindset and energy.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Motivated by complexity and loves to “crack the code” of flight rules and systems
  • Detail-oriented and structured in their approach to tasks
  • A strong communicator who enjoys supporting others
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems and platforms
  • A team player who shares knowledge and contributes to a positive team spirit
  • Fluent in English; other Nordic or European languages are an advantage

What we offer

We believe that great work happens when people feel supported and inspired. Here’s what you can expect as part of our team:

  • A friendly, international, and informal work environment
  • The opportunity to work across multiple markets and business units
  • Continuous learning and room to grow your skill set in a key area of the travel industry
  • Office space in the heart of Copenhagen, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally after on-boarding
  • A dynamic and collaborative team that values curiosity, responsibility, and trust
  • A role where you’ll truly make a difference for colleagues and customers alike

Information and Application

We’re looking forward to welcoming a new colleague as soon as possible, by the 01st of October at the latest. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to apply — either in Danish or English. We can’t wait to hear from you!
