Graphic Designer – Maternity Cover

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile graphic designer to join The Kilroy Group for a full-time maternity cover position.

This is a temporary role where you’ll support our various travel brands with design tasks and creative production. You’ll be working on everything from campaign assets and printed materials to social content and presentations. The workload is varied, and we’ll tailor some of the tasks to your strengths - but you should be confident taking ownership of daily design needs and jumping between formats and channels.

What You’ll Do

• Design visuals for digital campaigns, social media, print, presentations, and internal communication
• Develop branded assets like icons, infographics, and layouts
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams across markets and brands
• Balance long-term projects with quick-turnaround requests

Who You Are

• Confident working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Comfortable in Figma (basic knowledge is fine)
• Experienced in juggling multiple tasks with structure and attention to detail
• Professional in your workflow and delivery, but open to experimenting with tools and formats when needed
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented

Details

• Start date: August 1st (20 hours/week during onboarding)
• From September 1st: Full-time (37 hours/week)
• Duration: Approx. 10–12 months
• Based in Central Copenhagen (hybrid work possible)
• You must be able to work legally in Denmark
• Working language is English (Nordic languages are a plus)

Compensation

This is a temporary full-time role with a fixed monthly salary aligned to our internal budget for maternity cover positions. We’re happy to discuss details during the first interview to ensure expectations are aligned.
