Product Manager - Group Travel

Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for group travel? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for our group travel unit, in our central team in Copenhagen. If you thrive in a structured yet innovative environment and are a people-person, this role is for you!

As a Product Manager for Group Travel, you will be an integral part of our small central group team, working on the product portfolio for customers for tailormade group travel experiences, whether it is school trips, businesses travelling or private groups travelling in groups of 10+ people. You will report to the Head of Products & Partner Management.

Areas of responsibility:

• Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Product procurement to ensure a consistently developing and relevant product portfolio
• Assisting sales staff with bookings and supplier interactions.
• Maintaining and updating content in our systems.
• Provide training of sales staff across brands and ensuring knowledge sharing (virtual and in person). Developing and maintaining destination content.
• Contributing to the overall development of our group concept, including sustainable study trips and optimization of how we make the most of our product portfolio.

You are structured and comfortable juggling various tasks. You should be well-traveled, and have a customer-first mindset. You are proactive and have a solution-oriented approach to your tasks.

• Solid experience as a product manager, preferably with study groups.
• Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in product systems and office365. Ability to meet deadlines and manage a busy workload.
• A proactive and independent work ethic.
• Fluency in English and preferably Danish or another Nordic language.
• Broad travel experience, primarily in Europe.
