About the position
Kilroy international is looking for a new colleague for our central Ticketing department in Copenhagen ( Aarhus or Holstebro could be an option for the perfect candidtate). We are looking for a person with a solid level of knowledge and experience within flight tickets and fulfilment in the GDS ( we work in Sabre, experience with other GDS’s is also valued) with a focus on groups. You will become a member of our team of 13 highly motivated and qualified colleagues handling several key support areas for our organization.
Your key responsibilities
The central ticketing department is responsible for all related ticketing tasks across our markets and brands. You will assist and support your colleagues with questions related to pricing and ticketing in general.
- As a part of the team, you will take on ticketing tasks, such as:
- Issues and reissues of airline tickets, primarily group bookings
- Airline ticket refunds and follow up on refund applications in BSP
- Manage reissues of voluntary and involuntary changes
- Ensure a high level of service to all colleagues via email, teams and phone
- Internal helpdesk regarding pricing, ticketing and systems
- Handle relevant airline queues
- Contact airline suppliers with different ticketing issues
- Quality control to minimize errors
- ADM handling.
- Play a central role in supporting our global 24/7 team in a rolling schedule.

The ideal candidate should preferably be:
- Experienced with ticketing in the GDS is a must
- Experienced with ticketing of groups
- Able to work in a structured and detailed way
- Flexible and open to changes, both in terms of tasks and working hours
- A team player, likes to share best practices and knowledge
- IT proficient and able to work in a number of systems
- Fluent in English and a language from one of our markets (Nordics, NL + Benelux)
